According to the concept of the mall, there will be flagship stores of leading fashion and sports brands, as well as new retail formats for the Moscow market. Retailers will be arranged as follows: the category of fashionable clothes and footwear will occupy about 30% of the area, restaurants and a food hall — about 15%, perfumes and cosmetics — 11%.

Now there is active work on brokerage. The first anchor tenant of the project was the perfume chain Zolotoe Yabloko (1.600 square meters). It is known that 35% of leasable areas have already been signed, and the same number are in the stage of active negotiations.

The project is distinguished by its fashionable architectural solutions and literally creates a green oasis in the city center, in a considerably busy business district. The opening of the facility is scheduled for the third quarter of 2021. The construction of the project is being carried out in compliance with the stated terms. According to the Mall Management Group, now 50% or more of muckshiftings, installation of a thrust system and underground types of work, construction of monolithic reinforced concrete structures and work on external networks have been completed.

“Next year, a new space for leisure and shopping will be opened in the center of the capital, which combine many facets — fashion, food, shopping, a city park and bright events. We plan to create not only a conceptual shopping space, but also a picturesque park that will combine large-scale gardening, pedestrian and bicycle paths, areas for active and relaxing recreation, a summer cinema, as well as open-air cafes and restaurants,” says Alina Strelkova, Director of development and Commerce of the Mall Management Group.
