Many operators consider commerce rooms only in those shopping centers where other tenants have already completed renovating, optimizing their non-repayable investment in renovating and reducing the budget and deadlines. “The most expensive articles for tenants are the components of renovating: screed, ventila- tion and air conditioning, �ire systems. The most preferred option for large opera- tors today is a prepared premise for �inal �inishing with a fenced-in contour, installed showcases, failed and diluted communications, except for, for example, electricians”, says Svetlana Yarova.
